Mandatory Extras:

• A.P.A. (Advance Provisioning Allowance) 30% of the charter fee: This allowance covers various expenses including, but not limited to, fuel for the tender and water sports gear, food and beverages for guests, docking fees, harbor dues, pilotage, local taxes, diver fees, customs clearances, waste disposal, and charges for water and electricity from shore. It also covers fees for shipping agents (if needed), personal laundry, rental or purchase of special equipment requested by guests, land transportation, excursions, national park entry fees, and other additional services not explicitly included in the charter price. The A.P.A. is provided by the client to cover all these extra costs. If the A.P.A. is not enough to cover all expenses, the remaining balance must be settled in cash onboard. Should the actual costs be less than the A.P.A., the unspent amount will be refunded at the end of the charter. Please note that the A.P.A. does not cover crew gratuities.If A.P.A. is paid via wire transfer, a 5% commission for the shipping agent will be deducted from the A.P.A.Covered by A.P.A.: Food Options, Drink Options, Port and Tourist Taxes, Private Marinas, Additional Motorized Water Sports

Not included in the charter fee:

• VAT
• Gratitude is not included in the charter fee and is entirely optional. Typically, gratuities range from 10% to 15% of the charter price, depending on the level of service. These can be given to the captain at the end of the charter, who will distribute them equally among the crew.

• Land transfers, fishing licenses, guided tours, excursions, restaurant reservations, bike rentals, and car rentals.
